Final 2009 ENINET Meeting in Crete

All members of ENINET are invited to the Final Annual Network Meeting, which will
take place from May 19 until 23, 2009 in Crete. The first and the last day
are destined for travel, the actual meetings will take place from
Wednesday,the 20th to Friday the 22nd.
 
The General Assembly will take place on the 20th of May in the afternoon.
The Science meetings are scheduled for the 20th and 21st, the PhD meeting as
well as the Grant Application meeting will take place on the 22nd of May.
 
The detailed program will be sent later.
 
The IMBB Crete is the leading organizer of this meeting, which will be held
at the FODELE BEACH situated about 25 km in the west of Heraklion 
(http://www.fodelebeach.gr). There are taxi cubs available at the 
airport, the price of which will be about 30 EUR. Since normally no taxi fares 
are paid people should please group in the taxis.
 
Rooms are booked for 4 nights from May 19 to 23 2009. Please indicate whom
you are going to share a room with.
 
The Deadline for Registraton is: March 31, 2009
 
If you would like to participate, please register per e-mail with the
registration form attached.
 
In general ENINET- members can come along with two research staffs of their
group.
 
Financing of participation of ENINET members:
 
* Registration is free of charge
* Local costs will be covered by the central budget
* Your travel costs have to be covered by your own ENINET budget
 
For participants from Amsterdam, Budapest, Coimbra, Edinburgh, Munic and
Rome:
 
Your travel costs will be reimbursed to you after the meeting. For this you
need to transmit the original travel documents to the Coordination Office in
Göttingen. Only reasonable travel costs are reimbursed (no first or business
class).
